E-Mail List Sign Up Form
Visitors of MissouriLife.com are invited to voluntarily sign up for our e-newsletter, automated renewal notices, our web site’s products and services, special promotions, and/or company newsletters. Those who sign up are required to provide only an e-mail address, first name, and last name. This information is used to send electronic communications to the participant. Surveys or Contests

Refer-A-Friend
We may provide a referral service on our site. If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend’s name and e-mail address. We store this information in our e-mail database for the sole purpose of sending this one-time e-mail and tracking the success of our referral program. While IP addresses (address of a computer) are logged to track a user's session, the user's identity is anonymous. Tracking IP addresses gives Missouri Life, Inc., information about which parts of our site are used most often and what information is viewed. IP addresses are not linked to anything that can personally identify a visitor. Thus, session details are tracked, but the user is anonymous.
E-Mail Statistics
We track statistics on our e-mail campaigns to gauge the effectiveness of our e-mail communications.
