Tim paints in plein air. He uses a pallet knife to apply a thick (impasto) layer of paint to evoke a strong sense of nature. A very painterly sense of realism. Using dark tones against muted ones, he creates a great sense of depth. His exhibit will run from September 12 through October 27. There will be a reception to meet him from 6:00 till 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 21. Wine and hors d’ oeuvres will be served. Free to the public, all are welcome and encouraged to attend.
