To celebrate Paul earning the Samuel Leitman Memorial Award, and his being named a “Dolphin Fellow” by the American Watercolor Society (AWS), There will be a series of receptions.

* Friday night, August 27, at Whitworth’s Gift Chest Jewelers/Paul Jackson Gallery, starting at 5:30. Paul has original paintings and prints for sale at this location. Hosted by the Whitworth family.

* Saturday the 28th, 6:00 pm at the Margaret Harwell Art Museum. Paul’s first solo exhibit was here when he was just 22 years old. Hosted by the “Friends of Margaret Harwell Art museum.

* Sunday the 29th, at the Tinnin Fine Arts Center, on the campus of Three Rivers College.  This is the site of the fabulous “River Dreams” Mural painted by Paul Jackson and fifty community art volunteers. Reception time still to be determined. Paul will also exhibit his work through October in the Tinnin Fine Arts Gallery and give a lecture at some time during the weekend.
