Lamar Fair

For more than 80 years, the Lamar Free Fair has been a beloved summer tradition, bringing the Lamar Downtown Square to life for four fun-filled days each year. Visitors can enjoy carnival rides and games, 4-H livestock shows, exhibits, blue-ribbon competitions, and all the classic fair food favorites.
Carnival starts at 6pm August 26 to 11pm and runs through August 29 to midnight.
****Admission and parking for the Lamar Free Fair are free. Midway rides, concerts, and food are available for purchase.
