Ozark Mountain Biscuit & Bar – 1204 Hinkson Ave – OzarkBiscuits.com

Columbia’s newest restaurant opened its doors last month and has been one of the most popular places in town since. The Ozark Mountain Biscuit & Bar is the Ozark Mountain Biscuit Company’s newest creation. Similarly to the food truck, the brick-and-mortar offers unique creations on mouthwatering biscuits and breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Try one of the classic sandwiches like the Sooie Pig made with pulled pork or vegetarian tempeh and topped with kale slaw and tangy BBQ Arkansauce or try one of the plates such as the Braised Beef Shortribs that are braised with bourbon peach glaze and seared in cast iron with cheese grits. Cocktails and coffee are also available at the restaurant that is located directly across the street from Logboat Brewing Company. The Missouri Mule is made with Ozark Moonshine from Copper Run Distillery, Fever Tree Ginger Ale, and lime.
