The MOObile Food Truck in travels around St. Louis offering up fresh burgers, sandwiches, fries, and more, sourced from the Pierce Creek Cattle Company located in Lonedell, MO.
Committed to excellent food, the MOObile Food Truck serves only locally raised, pasture-fed beef. “We are a 4th generation Missouri farm; there is no other way to source beef,” says Rachelle L’ecuyer , co-owner of the food truck. There is a big difference in our beef’s taste and quality. Our beef is raised and processed within an hour of St. Louis. We are truly farm-to-table,” Rachelle says. She continues, “We see the food truck as an opportunity to get our beef in front of customers throughout the St. Louis region. The food truck has helped us connect with customers and get the word out about our beef.”
Though their food truck pop-up eatery is only running through the 22nd, the food truck also offers catering for festivals, events, private parties, and corporate events.
“This is a great way to try local and support local during the holiday season,” says Marla Ballenger with Marquee Media PR. “The menu offers the opportunity to try cooked-to-order smash burgers, tallow fries, house made dipping sauces, and Excel soft drinks.”
The MOObile Food Truck will be running at West County Center in St. Louis Monday–Saturday from 11 AM–8 PM and Sundays from 12 PM–6 PM until the 22nd of December.
