Biscuits and Gravy- Homestyle biscuit with choice of housemade sausage gravy or vegetarian mushroom gravy

Scrambled Eggs- Served with sides of: chives, gruyere, and diced tomato

Cinnamon Rolls- with Bourbon Crème Anglaise

Breakfast Sausage Links- House-made breakfast sausage links

Thick-Cut Bacon- Regular or Candied Bacon

Red and Sweet Potato Hash- Mixed sweet and red potato – fried, seasoned and sauteed with onions and mixed peppers

Waffles- Vermont Maple, Strawberry Jam, or Whipped Cream

Fried Chicken- Pickled brined chicken tenders sprinkled with maple salt

Spring Salad- Mixed greens with blanched green beans, asparagus, feta, red onion, and lemon vinaigrette

Berries and Schlag- Mixed berries in a cup of over-whipped German-style sweet cream
