Mark Buehrle pitches the 18th perfect game in Major League Baseball history. The Francis Howell High School alum took the mound for the Chicago White Sox at US Cellular Field against the Tampa Bay Rays and made history. For nine innings, Buehrle retired every single batter without a single player making it to first base. His perfect streak lasted more than five innings into his next game, breaking the record for consecutive batters retired at 45.
