Missourians may legally possess as much as three ounces of marijuana as of this date. Voters had amended the state constitution to make possession permissible the month before. “Most of the 20,000 annual marijuana arrests in our state will end on that date,” stated Dan Viets of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML) in a news release.
