The Hotel Statler in St. Louis hosts royalty from Belgium including King Albert and Queen Elisabeth. Crown Prince Leopold Duke of Brabant also attended. A copy of the luncheon program remains in the World War I collection at the Missouri History Museum in St. Louis.
