Missouri History Today September 13, 2006: Missouri Celebrates Iconic Author Dale Carnegie

Dale Carnegie saw his name added to the Hall of Famous Missourians on this date. The honors followed his accomplishments as a renowned motivational speaker, teacher, and author of the book “How to Win Friends and Influence People.” The book sold upward of 50 million copies.
