The magazine team visited Warm Springs Ranch
Following the Missouri Life magazine quarterly staff meeting at the publication’s office in Rocheport on Friday, June 3, the group toured Warm Springs Reach, one of the homes of the Budweiser Clydesdales. The ranch, at 25270 Highway 98, just across the Missouri River bridge outside Boonville, was the ideal ending for the day of planning and bell-ringing for the magazine’s achievements.
Tour guide Caroline Herigon of Boonville led the group through the property, introducing everyone to some of the majestic Clydesdales, including Stan the Man, who patiently posed for selfies and group photos with the help of tour assistant Darla Six, a retired fourth grade and reading teacher from Harrisonville, Missouri. (Darla has patience mastered. She taught elementary school students for 30 years.)
Caroline is a student at State Fair Community College in Sedalia, where she is studying animal science, with the aim of completing animal science or veterinary training at the University of Missouri-Columbia.
Warm Springs Ranch hosts The Mane Event this Saturday and Sunday, June 11-12. The world famous Budweiser Clydesdale Hitch will be on hand for photos. For more information, click here.
