Enjoy the 2nd Annual Hot Air Balloon Festival in Sikeston June 21-22. This festival is held at the Jaycee Rodeo Grounds (1220 Ingram Rd), and features tethered balloon rides, numerous live bands performing both days, a large variety of crafts and food vendors, wine and beer garden and a balloon glow each evening! Entry is $5 per person ages 10 and up.
The Total Eclipse of the Park features Moonlight Madness shopping in Historic Downtown Sikeston, the annual Sikeston Jaycee Crawfish Boil and Music Festival April 6 at the Sikeston Jaycee Rodeo Grounds featuring multiple live bands performing, fresh crawfish and other great foods, kids activities and eclipse information booths. Other eclipse activities include Movie in the Park April 7, telescope viewing at various locations, Library Programming and book sale, and the Eclipse Watch Party and countdown April 8 at the Recreation Complex.
