March 7, 2020: Covid-19 Shows Up In Show-Me State

March 7, 2020: First Covid-19 Case Reported in Missouri. The 2020 Coronavirus Pandemic impacted every aspect our lives and resulted in hundreds of thousands of deaths. When news of the virus first emerged, health care experts knew it would impact every state at some point. In March, the virus the reached the Show-Me State. A 20-year-old student tested positive after studying in Italy and traveling to St. Louis.
