Every bite of this cake is a fantasy in flavor. Easy to make and even easier to gobble up. But, try to take your time and savor each bite. Great for special occasions and perfect to whip up for a dessert treat during the week.
French Vanilla Fantasy

Ingredients:
1 box white cake mix
4 eggs
1/3 cup butter, softened
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon clear vanilla extract
1 cup strawberry jam
1 cup white chocolate chips
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
Directions:
Mix the first five ingredients together for 3 minutes. Bake in a well-greased 9 x13-inch glass baking dish at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Remove from the oven and spread 1 cup of strawberry jam over the warm cake. While the cake is cooling, melt the white chocolate chips and light corn syrup together. Drizzle the mixture over the strawberry jam.
Serve with whipped cream or vanilla bean ice cream.
