Where is your office? 

We’re located in the small, beautiful river town of Rocheport, near the Missouri River and the Katy Trail. Come see us at 208 Columbia Street, Rocheport MO 65279.

When will I get my first issue? 

It can be anywhere from one to six weeks after you order the magazine, since we publish eight times per year, depending on where we are in our printing and mailing cycle. We know this is weird when you can order a house full of fur­niture and have it in two days. 

When does the magazine come out? 

We publish eight times a year, with these issues: January/February, March/April, May, June, July/August, September, October, November/December. So we’re a blend of monthly and bi­monthly. You could call us “just in time!” 

How do I order a gift subscription?

Visit our subscription page, send an order card in this issue, or call 1-800-492-2593. 

How do I change my address?

Visit our subscription page, email [email protected], or call us at 1-800-492-2593. 

Why did I get another bill or renew­al notice when I’ve already paid? 

If you’ve already paid, you can discard the notice that arrived afterward and be assured you will continue to receive the magazine. What happens sometimes is that your payment arrived while our next notice was already printed and in the postal system, wending its way to you. Email [email protected] or call 1-800-492-2593 if you have questions or get yet another notice. 

How can I learn when a gift I bought expires? 

If you can’t sneak a peek at the label of the person you gave the gift to, please email [email protected] or call customer service at 1-800-492-2593. 

If I want to hand-deliver the gift announcement card personally or mail it myself along with my own card to the person I’m giving a gift to, can I do that? 

Yes! Just note that on the gift order card, in special instructions if you order online, or let us know when you call to order at 1-800-492-2593. 

When will the person I give a gift to get the gift announcement card? 

Your gift recipient should get the announce­ment card within one to three weeks. 

How do I get a back issue? 

Visit Missouri-life.myshopify.com or call 573-514-5453 and specify which issue you’d like. Back issues cost $5.00 each plus shipping, so please have a credit card handy. 

Where can I find Missouri Life on a newsstand? 

We are on many newsstands around the state, at bookstores, Walmart and major grocery chains. You can find our updated retailers list here. We are located at these Barnes & Noble locations.

Why am I getting a digital issue of the magazine when I paid for print?

We send a digital issue out to you for a preview of what the print issue contains. 

Can I sign up for automatic renewal? 

Yes! Save your time and also paper for where it counts—the magazine! Visit our subscription page to select this service. 

Can I get renewal notices by email? 

Yes! This saves paper, too! Visit our subscription page to share your email. We will never sell or share your email address, and it will be used only for communications directly from us. We will share a free e-newsletter with you, and if you wish to discontinue, simply hit unsubscribe.

How do I submit an event to be pub­lished in your calendar?
