Warm up this Valentine’s Day (or any time of year!) with an adult hot chocolate and a cocktail with an apricot twist. DogMaster Distillery in St. James and Crown Valley Distilling in Ste. Genevieve share two great drink recipes.

APRICOT BLOSSOM

Ingredients >
2 ounces whiskey
2 ounces of orange spiced tea
1 tablespoon apricot preserves
Squeeze of lemon
Directions >
1. Fill your cocktail shaker with ice and ingredients.
Shake vigorously.
2. Strain in a chilled cocktail glass.
3. Garnish with an orange slice.
LOVE IN A GLASS

Ingredients >
2 ounces melted hot fudge
2 ounces coffee
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1.5 ounces vodka
4 ounces half and half
Whipped cream
Directions >
1. Mix ingredients together.
2. Top with whipped cream.
3. Serve either hot or cold.
